User Content: You retain all rights to the data, content, and information you upload or generate through the Service ("User Content"). You grant Kubiq LLC a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6. API Usage (If Applicable)

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys.
• Keyva may set limits on the number of API requests you may make (rate limits).
• Abuse or excessively frequent requests to the Service may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account's access to the API.
